Media Wall & Fireplace Installation

Twelve photographs, one wall. This gallery follows a single media wall and fireplace build in an Essex home from the first stud to the finished feature, showing exactly how we work. The timber frame is set out around the television recess and the inset linear fire, checked for level and fixed back to the structure before any board goes on.

From there the sequence is methodical. Cabling and sockets are run inside the frame so no wires are ever seen, the fire's ventilation and clearances are built in as the manufacturer specifies, and the wall is boarded, skimmed and decorated by the same team that framed it. The result is a crisp, seamless feature with the television and flames sitting flush in the wall.

We are also a HETAS registered installer, so where a project calls for a stove or solid fuel appliance it is fitted and signed off correctly.
